Te Hotu Manawa Ora held their Hui a Tau this week in the quaint town of Martinborough.
An excellent Hui attended by Whanau from Nga Hau e Wha who worked with Whanau on Getting Fit and eating Healthy Kai. Pounamu Skelton presented on behalf of TWKO our Kauapa to an enthusiastic crowd. We were all spoilt and entertained by Ruia Aperahama our MC for the night, Wiremu and Ola Hohaia, and local artists Nick and Cruize.
Te Hotu launched their latest resource called Hina raua Ko Maui a CD that focuses on the four seasons and encourages healthy choices and healthy living for tamariki.
